Dessert Wines

Ports

Martinez, Quinta do Chaoisa, ’95
A true vintage port but from a single harvest and vineyard: exhibiting bold berry fruit

Quinto do Noval, Late Bottle Vintage
Rich, firm fruit flavors-this port is also from a single vintage, aged a few years in wood and then bottled “late”

Ramos Pinot “Eivamoira” 10 years Tawny
Aged at least 10 years in the wood, the wine becomes an amber color with subtle flavors of brown sugar and white raisins

Sandeman Founder’s Reserve
The classic style of ruby port-rich plum and berry fruit, a little spice on the finish

--------------------------------------------------------
Sherry

Gonzales Byass, Amontillado
A medium dark sherry with a bitter-sweet nuttiness. This style is between a cream and a fino sherry

Osborne “Pedro Ximeinee” Cream
Golden brown, smooth, luscious and seductively sweet

--------------------------------------------------------
Madeira

Sandeman Fine Rich
Exotic flavors of caramelized fruit and nuts-mellow and warm, the longest lived of all wines

--------------------------------------------------------
Vin de Liqueur

Chateau Doisy-Vedrine, Sauternes
Rich flavors of apricot, pineapple and vanilla  - sweet on the palate but clean finish

Domaine de Coyeux, Muscat Beaumes de Venise
Delicate flavors of honey and apples also sweet to taste but light on the finish

Bonny Doon Muscat Canelli Vin de Glacier
A California version of the two French originals above

Bonny Doon Framboise
Wine made with raspberries-fantastic with chocolate cake
