About Sage French Cafe
If you are looking for superb country French cuisine at reasonable prices
in a casual French bistro ambiance then Sage French Café is the perfect

Sage French Café is owned by award winning Chef Laurent Tasic. Chef
Laurent has owned restaurants in Paris, Monaco and in the French Antilles.
Chef Laurent counts Prince Albert of Monaco, film star Michael Caine and
tennis legend Bjørn Borg as some of his regular clients.
He was selected by the former Russian Federation as a culinary consultant
to establish a French restaurant in Moscow.
He and Mike Power were partners at the famous Texan restaurant in Monaco.
Sage French Café features such entrees as Daube de Boeuf with mushrooms,
prunes, orange zest and herbs; Steak Maurice topped with asparagus,
mushrooms and melted Brie; and Canard Rôti aux framboises et au miel and
roast duck prepared with honey raspberry sauce. Seafood entrees include
Saumon Coulibiac (salmon baked in a puffed pastry) - Bourride, a seafood
stew prepared with a variety of fresh fish and shellfish seasoned with
aioli. Of course Sage Café offers purely sinful desserts such as Sage's
famous crème brulée which is perfect when accompanied by a deep, rich
espresso!
